Create a Hero Fund
In honor of a child, fund some of the world's best research, using great fundraising tools. A Hero Fund is an efficient alternative to creating your own foundation.
Each family's story fuels the research, hope, and action behind St. Baldrick's mission to conquer kids' cancer.
There are many ways for you to get involved, no matter where you are in your childhood cancer journey.
The easiest way to get started with supporting St. Baldrick’s is to register your child or teen as an Honored Kid. Share your story on a personal web page and join a community of families to champion the cause together. You’ll personalize volunteers’ and donors’ understanding of why childhood cancer research is important while inspiring participants to raise funds for research in honor of your child.

“Once you have been impacted by pediatric cancer, it’s hard to do nothing, but it’s hard to know what to do. Partnering with St. Baldrick’s allows us to make a difference and help change the future of pediatric cancer, finding better care on our way to a cure.”
—Stephanie, Jonah’s mom

Head-shaving began as a simple event, and it continues to be the primary way volunteers raise money to help kids with cancer. You can shave your head, plan an event, volunteer at a local event, offer to speak, or simply attend.
Head-shaving isn't for everyone. We've made it easy to raise money in other creative ways. Ask friends and family to donate to fund lifesaving childhood cancer research.
Honor someone facing cancer, celebrate a survivor's milestone, and remember a loved one by setting up a dedicated fundraiser. Contact us to create a fundraiser, start a memorial donation page, or donate in honor of someone special.
Just check the “I would like to make this donation in someone's honor or memory” box during the review step. After your gift is complete, you’ll have the option to “Mail a Card” to let someone know about your gift.
Register today to access advocacy resources and get alerts to contact Congress. Whether from home or the halls of Congress, join our community fighting for kids with cancer!
