"PUB CLUB" was a men's softball team based in Williston Park. Originally playing for "IRISH PUB II" in 1987, it went on to play for such establishments as, "BOMONTS", "BROAD STREET CAFE", "FOX AND FIDDLE", "WAGON WHEELS", "MCGURKS", "O'BRIENS" and "WALKER AND WILLIS". No matter where they played, they were never very good. One good thing did develop from the Pub Club. Friendship. A group of friends that has grown over the years to watch each others children grow as well as welcome new friends and their family's. Some original team members and friends have gotten together to put the name "PUB CLUB" to a winning cause. St. Baldricks. We all share a common bond, our love of children. Our hope is to surpass our goal during these tough financial times and watch the numbers grow in our team, at Napper Tandy's as well as within the St Baldricks organization. We hope to be a big part of the quest to find a cure for all children related cancer. Please do anything you can to help. Thank you for your support, and God Bless. The Pub Club please do not attempt to visit the Irish Pub II in WP. They paved paradise and put up a laundry mat.
