We are playing to support an amazing effort in our community to find a cure for Osteosarcoma.  We are inspired by local 18-year old Olivia Egge and her familiy’s ordeal with a cancer that hasn’t had a treatment breakthrough in 40 years.  Olivia is back at school in her senior year of high school.  She and her family are still fighting for a cure and in memory of so many children and teens who have lost their lives to this beast of a cancer.   Your donation will help fund a 3-year research grant that is going to help extend the lives of so many children and teens that are most often the targets of this rare but deadly cancer.   This winning proposal will be announced on October 17 and the research will be underway.

TO DONATE, CLICK THE DONATE BUTTON ON THE LEFT. THANK YOU

Proceeds will directly fund the Osteosarcoma Collaborative St. Baldrick's Grant to Cure Osteosarcoma. This partnership will bring much-needed research to an especially aggressive pediatric cancer that has seen no new approved treatments since the advent of chemotherapy, 40 years ago.

Click the yellow event link above to learn more about Olivia and the Shavers and Lifesavers event last June.  If you missed the event because you didnt want to shave your head....this is the event for you!!
