On September 13, 2007 at 3:30 pm I was told that my son Jack had a brain tumor the size of a tennis ball in his head. At first I did not know if Jack would live through the month or the day. The answers and treatment came throughout the next months. Jack was diagnosed at the age of two and since that diagnosis he has endured more than fifteen surgeries; and more than 200 weeks of chemotherapy. Myself and some friends of mine have answered the call to do a small part to help save our kids ! We've teamed up to have our heads shaved – to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, and to honor my son but more importantly, to raise money to find cures that will save Jack’s life. Please support us with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any other organization. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Not only will you help save kids; the genetic and cancer research done with children has immense impact on treatment for adult cancers. So if you have any loved one suffering from cancer; your dollar here is the most effective donation you can make. Thank you! Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail. .
