We have answered the call to be heroes! Most women and girls spend hours each day getting their hair to look perfect. It’s nearly impossible to imagine life without our hair. However, every 3.5 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer, and often forced to experience life without hair. Unfortunately being bald is only a tiny part of what those individual go through. Sara Stemper, has made a commitment to shave her head in return for donations to find a cure. We often take for granted how fortunate we were to have healthy childhoods. There's never an explanation as to why some children are given challenges larger than they can even understand.
Please support us with a donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. This volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.
Children aren’t given a choice to take on the fight against cancer, but we do have a choice to find a cure. Hair is a simply thing, and Sara’s willing to lose hers, because we know that your donations bring us 1 step closer to a cure. Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when we ask for your support, we're really asking you to support these kids.
