Dear Friends, This year we'll be participating at three different sites throughout the US - Chicago, Columbus and of course, Hartford! We're excited to have six people joining the cause - Bill and myself are coming back for a second year in a row, Mike C. rejoins after a two-year hiatus and this will be his third event, Sean Donnelly is shaving for the second time in five years and Jim Goodwin and Matt Spellacy are all joining in for their first time. Cancer is THE battle ground of disease in our world - it has been for decades and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. While pediatric cancer mortality is on the decline over the last 25 years, the number of children getting cancer has not declined and may even be increasing. That means that the money that we've donated in the past is helping save lives, and it also means that there's a lot more children out there that will continue to need our help. As the team captain this year, I am proud to say that I've grown my hair out for the past year in order to raise awareness for St. Baldrick's and try. I made this decision after listening to a client at Travelers talk about his daughter's victory over cancer as an 8 year-old. Every time I see clients, I tell them about all of this because I want them to know that not only is Arch Re Fac a great facultative reinsurance company, but that we're also committed to doing good beyond the world of insurance. Please stand with us and make your donation now. Daniel
