Celebrating 25 Years

St. Baldrick’s started as a grassroots effort 25 years ago, driven by people who believe in helping kids with cancer.

National Partner

Team Violet Kate

This team is support for my Granddaughter, Violet Kate. She is 1 year old with Hepatoblastoma and is under treatment at Duke Childrens Hospital. She has currently had two chemo treatments and is expected to get 4 more. One should be coming up the week after our shave on March 19. Violet spent her first birthday at Duke getting her first chemo. She then spent 3 and 1/2 weeks at Duke. No little child should ever have to go through what Violet and so many other children do. Please support St Baldrick's with as generous a donation as you can. No amount is too small or too large.

As her Grandfather, I started this team to honor my little Violet. I am proud to shave my head to support Violet and all other children and, as a consequence, I am also going to get my beard shaved off to raise more money. I have not shaved the beard since at least 1991. let's raise some more money!!!!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
