St.Baldrick's raises funds to find a CURE! Could you help? Our son, Nolan, was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma when he was 10. He endured 43 weeks of chemo, 28 days of radiation, 3 surgeries, an incredible amount of needle pokes, 22 hospital stays, and 29 blood/platelet transfusions. Luckily, Nolan is doing well today. He's 13, plays football and basketball and is doing well in school. Aside from some radiation damage to his hair follicles, you wouldn't know the battle he's fought. Our team name, the Pretty Penguins, is in honor of Boston, Nolan's faithful treatment companion.
