AAARRRGGGGHHHH!!!  Ahoy Maties and welcome to the Mizfit's Pirate Ship!  We're a team of over 30 strong (retired and current players) that have been playing volleyball and raising money for St Baldricks for over 13 years now.  We are one of 32 teams in the Growler Beach Volleyball Tournament www.growlervolleyball.com.  We play on Tuesday nights July 30, Aug 6, 13, and 20th.  You can come and watch for a $20 entry fee and enjoy food and drink from our many sponsors like Lynnwood Grill, Manchesters, Sharky's Place, Carolina Ale House, Gonza Taco's, Lonerider Brewing, Gizmo Brewing, Raleigh Brewing, Daily Pint, Total Wine and MANY, MANY, MANY more.   Last year the Growler Tournament raised over $210,000 for St Baldricks and surpassed the $1 million in donations for the life of the tournament.  The Mizfits raised over $19,500 for St Baldricks with Shannon and Dana shaving their heads raising most of that (aprox $12,600 and $5,300 respectively).  We also had $1,000 in cash sponsorships and $1,500 in In Kind Sponsorships which help fund the tournament itself.  Not to mention all the volunteer hours from our team which helps run the event.  It takes a village - or in this case a bunch of pirates on an old broke down hooptie of a ship.  This year, we don't have anyone shaving, but we still need your donations.  If you have a few extra dollars to support St Baldricks and their Research to find the Cure for Childhood Cancer, click the DONATE button above.  Please come to one of the Growler Tuesdays and that $20 admission fee helps too since most of the food and drink was either donated or highly discounted!

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids
