Join us in funding the Fighting Osteosarcoma Together Super Grant, a $1.5M research grant designed to draw more researchers to Osteosarcoma and fuel new efforts and hope in this space. We created great momentum in new science with our first two $1.5M grants and we have the progress to show for it (see the impact reports on our opening page – this research has three molecules starting human and/or canine clinical studies), and we need to build on that momentum not to discover a cure as Osteosarcoma continues to cut short and devastate lives, in particular among teens and young adults. This time we are partnering with our friends, April and Michael Egge, Battle Osteosarcoma, the Osteosarcoma Collaborative, CureSearch, and the Zach Sobiech Osteosarcoma Fund at Children's Cancer Research Fund to fund another $1.5 million, a three-year research grant to be awarded through a scientifically-driven, winner-take-all competition model. Our RFA process generated approximately 40 proposals from across the country and we expect to announce a winner shortly and start funding this chapter of research within a month. Thank you for making a difference.
