We have answered the call to be heroes! We've teamed up to have our heads shaved – to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures.

THOR (The Hammer of Rho) is the alumni association for Rho Chapter of Theta Tau Professional Engineering Fraternity at North Carolina State University. In 2009 brother Griffith's daughter, Eve, was diagnosed at age 2 with bilateral Wilms Tumor (kidney cancer). Eve underwent 12 weeks of aggressive chemotherapy before having her right kidney removed in January 2010. She completed both chemo and radiation therapy after her surgery, and currently shows no evidence of disease. It is with our continued support of Eve that THOR proudly supports St. Baldrick's and going bald for this cause.

You can follow Eve's story at http://evegriffith.blogspot.com/

Thank you to all the support from family, friends and co-workers who help sponsor Team THOR and its members in raising money towards finding a cure. Click "Make a donation" to give online, or donate by phone or mail.
