I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: With Love - JoRose

As a daughter of a mother that is a cancer survivor and as a friend of several cancer survivors, I'm having my head shaved with love for kids fighting cancer. Please support me in making an important donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation. My name is JoAnn Rose Benfield and this is your opportunity to help me do something great in helping save children with cancer, to find cures and... well... to see me bald! Yes, I said it... B A L D! Keep the love going and remember that being BALD is BEAUTIFUL! This year I, and my deaf community, have lost several good people to cancer. This is another reason why I am doing this as my first charity. I want the number of people in my life, lost to cancer, to be reduced significantly. You can be a part of this too! To any one who decides to donate, THANK YOU! It means the world to me and to all of the current patients with cancer who are still in hopes of recovery, remission and a cure. My original goal was set to $10,000 but with the time coming up soon, and the donations coming in, I have changed my goal to $1,000. If I had known about this event several months back, my goal would be more realistic :-). HELP ME REACH MY NEW GOAL!!! LETS DO THIS! With Love.... Jo Rose..
