I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research with: 96rock/Hibernian

To help kids fighting cancer, I'm a volunteer with the St. Baldrick's Foundation again in 2011.

With head-shaving and other fundraising events, this volunteer-driven charity funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.

Please make a donation to support my participation, and come watch us “shaving the way to conquer kids’ cancer!” This is a fun way to do something very important. I am much honored to participate for the 5th year as a volunteer for Team 96rock/Hibernian. Last year, we raised nearly $252,000 at the Raleigh pub and over $75,000 at the Cary pub for a total of over $327,000 in 2010 alone! Hibernian Company, Inc. and Niall Hanley were conferred the National Restaurant Association’s 2010 “Restaurant Neighbor Award” in recognition of raising nearly $1 million for childhood cancer research since 2006.!

To see my donor names and fundraising progress, visit my page(www.stbaldricks.org/participants/tanyaandrusic) on the St. Baldrick’s website. Please help me reach my goal of $1,000. Every dollar counts! Won’t you consider donating the cost of your morning coffee or your evening cocktail toward this cause?!

Your gift will give hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers. So when I ask for your support, I'm really asking you to support these kids. Thank you!
