I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Sophomores

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Sophomores

I am going to be shaving my head again this year. Last year, I was short by a couple inches to donate my hair. Since then I have not cut my hair in hopes of growing it long enough to donate this year.

The reason I am doing this is to help raise money for research into children's cancer. Children's cancer is very different from adult cancer and money for cancer research is not given as heavily towards looking into treatment for children's cancer. For this reason St. Baldrick's gives money towards research development for cures of children's cancer. So far we have raised about $400,000 over 10 years and this is roughly the same amount that has gone into the research done at Penn to help establish and create a solution for a specialized children's leukemia cure.

If you donate over $100, I will put my hair into any style that you would like, dye it (if it won't be long enough for donation), or anything else you would like me to do (does not have to be related to hair; could be a ridiculous act of some sort). Just let me know when you donate.
