I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: 96rock/Hibernian

Thank you all for your support!!! If you do plan to donate, please read the 10 sentences that I wrote here, before you do. If you're on Facebook, my great friend Renee has posted an HD video of the entire 3 minutes: http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=1328985139533&ref=nf The girl below, Emily, 12, was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 10. She is just one (1) example of why it is so very easy for me to shave all my hair off, if that helps her or any kid with cancer. I cannot imagine trying to walk in those shoes. I've been blessed with hair that's never even come close to being shaved. My last haircut was June 2009. (Click the "More" button below). Pencil my head-shaving date in on your calendar. Come watch, or check back here on February 28th for the scalp shots. Just because I share this link with you, doesn't mean that you have to donate. I don't really even have a fund-raising goal - I just left the default setting when I registered. The web-site will take as little as one dollar. I am submitting all cash donations on-line, so if you just want to hand me a dollar, I'll enter it for you. I understand that everyone has there own causes, some even very close to home. Please think carefully before putting any money on my head, when your own mother, father, sister, brother, kids or youself may be in need of it. Thanks. Thanks to the all of people who have shared their stories on my facebook post and via email. For me, when I was a teenager, my best-friend/best-man's father survived lung cancer after doctors found and removed a grapefruit-size tumor. Another of my best and high-school friends' mother was just recently diagn..... ?????? they deleted a whole bunch of stories that were here... :-(
