I am lucky enough to say that none of my close family members have been impacted by cancer. However, I would like to help those not as fortunate by participating with St. Baldrick's to ensure that families affected by their child's cancer do not lose their spark or hope. Children are the light and future of this world, and I hope that you all can help me progress towards keeping that light going. Shaving my head is a small sacrifice to make for a greater cause, and I hope you can pitch in, no matter how big or small.
Why am I shaving my head on May 10 with St. Baldrick’s? Because your donation “on my head” will actually save lives.
St. Baldrick’s is the largest non-government funder of childhood cancer research grants, and the pandemic has slashed donations, slowing down the progress to find cures.
Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. Research can change that, and I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you so much!
