I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Hope Through Hollis

I wanted to do this last year, but Elliot (pictured with me, above) was in tears at the thought of me cutting off all my hair. Coming so swiftly after the devastating loss of his best friend, Hollis (01/02/2017 - DIPG), I decided to forgo participating. However, this year, my hair is already short, the event is being held ON St. Patrick's Day, and a little girl whose memory is being honored at this specific St. Baldrick's event is a fellow DIPG angel. How could I pass, a second time? I've made my goal $226 as my own personal way to honor Hollis (birthday 02/26/09). Please consider donating - everything helps! - and perhaps come and get your head shaved, as well!

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
