I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I hate cancer.

Especially when the diagnosis hits a young adult or child who hasn't had the chance to go out and experience the world.

Specifically as part of the Wake Forest University Community, we remember one of the best and brightest, Erin Levitas ('15), who was diagnosed while at Wake and passed away much too young from sarcoma.

I'm raising money by going bald for St. Baldrick's because it's the largest private organization in the US that funds childhood cancer research grants. There are many great organizations who support families and provide well-being for patients, but St. Baldrick's cuts to the core by focusing its efforts on finding life-saving cures.

I'm asking for your support because I know it can make a difference and help save young lives.

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
