I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I started shaving my head in 2013 in memory of Julia Janes - and I was immediately hooked. I've shaved my head six times now and raised over $20,000. I took a few years off from shaving during the pandemic, but now that events are back in person, I'm excited to see how much we can raise!!

Pediatric cancer research remains severely underfunded, especially compared to its adult counterparts. But if you were in a room with 20 random people, you would be surprised how many folks know someone who is affected by pediatric cancer. Let's do better by the children and young people in our lives - please donate 2 me :-)

Thanks!

Carly

Why am I shaving my head with St. Baldrick’s? Because with your donation “on my head,” together, we can save lives.

Research is hope for kids with cancer, but donations to find cures have been down since 2020.

Your gift will give kids hope, supporting the best research across the country, through the largest charitable funder of childhood cancer research grants.

Cancer kills more of our kids than any other disease. I don’t want to let these kids down. Can you help? Thank you!
