I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: The Shaving Irish

The Shaving Irish are at it again! For the third time, I’m going to do something pretty extreme - this March 16th, I’m going to have my head shaved at a St. Baldrick’s Foundation event at Claddagh Irish Pub at South Side Works. With my bald head, I’ll stand in solidarity with kids being treated for cancer, with the goal of raising money for life-saving research. I’m doing it for infants, children, teens and young adults fighting cancer. While it’s especially hard to think of kids fighting cancer, I’m also glad to know that some of the research supported by this foundation ultimately helps to fight all cancers. Thanks to the help of our amazing family and friends, over the last few years, the Shaving Irish have raised close to $20,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. I am so grateful for all the love, support, encouragement, and contributions that my family and friends have shown to my team and I through this event. This is a fun way to do something very important. Thank you for your support!
