I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Jasmine

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Jasmine

I'm shaving my head in solidarity with childhood cancer patients.

I shaved my hair in 2015 while my daughter Jasmine struggled through cancer treatments in Queen Mary Hospital. Then, during her recovery, she attended the 2016 St. Baldricks event to watch me shave in person. The event was bitter sweet.  I was so happy she was there, but so nervous about the future.

The recovery was short lived and 2017 was busy at Memorial Sloan Kettering with Jasmine undergoing more surgery and chemotherapy.  Jasmine passed away in November 2017 and I returned to Hong Kong in 2018 to honor her life by shaving for St. Baldricks again - this time with her best friend.

I'm traveling to Hong Kong in March to shave my hair with all of Jasmine's wonderful classmates.  Hong Kong International School has supported St. Baldricks for over 10 years, raising awareness and money for life saving childhood cancer research.

I will proudly share my bald head with the world. The odd looks and comments pale in comparison to the suffering that childhood cancer victims endure.

Please help fund this research by donating to my campaign.  No child should suffer from cancer.
