I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Griffin

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Griffin

My soul and sail mate Chuck and I want to make a BIG difference in our community and in the lives of children. What better way to do that than raising money for a great cause and SHAVING OUR HEADS!

I was fortunate to be on the 2017 Lake Shore Country Club Member Guest Committee where I met the Engle family who lost their son, Griffin, to cancer. We decided for the Ladies Tournament to raise money to support their local nonprofit - Griffin's Guardians. The goal of Griffin's Guardians is to bring Awareness to Pediatric Cancer, to assist in funding research for Pediatric Cancer, to bring HOPE to families with children battling cancer in CNY and provide these families with financial assistance to lessen that burden during a time when they need to focus on their family. You may learn more at: http://www.griffinsguardians.org

My mama Carol and I teamed with Griffin's Guardians last year (2018) and now this year my husband Chuck will join me at the 2019 head shaving event held at Kitty Hoynes Irish Pub in Syracuse on March 31st!

Now we need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

We appreciate any amount from any individual and/or company! THANK YOU for your support...and we plan to #RockTheBald!!

One Love-
