I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: JUST A LITTLE OFF THE TOP

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: JUST A LITTLE OFF THE TOP

My niece Jackie Moore and I are excited and proud to be participating in the 2019 St. Baldrick’s event in FDL on March 23rd as shavees. We’re taking childhood back from cancer—together.

Jackie and I have been fortunate to never have lost our hair due to medical issues. Losing our hair at a St. Baldrick’s event is a small, small price to pay for such an important cause.

The sad facts are: more children are lost to cancer in the U.S. than any other disease –in fact, more than many other childhood diseases combined. Before they turn 20, about 1 in 285 children in the U.S will have cancer. Worldwide, a child is diagnosed every 2 minutes.

We have a very attainable goal, but only with your help. And with your help, we’d like to beat our goal. Let’s hit it outta the ballpark together! What better fight to be involved in than a fight against childhood cancer?

Thank you for your generous donations. They are so much appreciated.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
