Ok, I have a favor to ask of everyone. I think we can all agree #cancersucks. Now imagine your child, niece/nephew, or little brother/sister getting cancer. Not something you want to think about, right? The St. Baldricks foundation has dedicated itself to funding pediatcric cancer research. Childhood cancer is different than adult cancer. However, only about 4% of the National Cancer Institutes budget is solely dedicated to childhood cancer research.

Here's where you come in. Brad Peters inspired me to get involved. This year I am shaving my head (and beard) for the cause. Anyone who has seen recent pictures of me knows that I am a bit shaggy. I look like a short Hagrid, maybe a less funny Billy Connolly. I like the look, the likes the look, but it's hair it will grow back. I just measured my hair and it is at 14 inches. I am hoping people's morbid curiosity of what my impersonaton of a cue ball looks like will pique their generosity. The event is on March 9th at Helen Fitzgerald's for anyone that wants to come watch the spectacle. You can use the below link to donate online. If you can't donate, please share the link. I have made this post public so feel free to share.
