I helped to raise money for childhood cancer research

Childhoods memories are born on neighborhood streets...my family and the McCarroll’s grew up next door to each other.  Four kids in each house we spent hour, evenings and summers in each other backyards and as we grew up, each other’s weddings. As grand kids began to arrive they too played in my parents backyard and in “grandma jan’s“ pool.

Brooks and My nephew Davis got to be the second generation of our families to play in sprinklers and ride bikes on our home street...

No child should have to go through what Brooksy did...slowly losing the ability to jump, play, skin knees, run, talk...

So please donate to help me support childhood cancer research and I’ll leave you with my last memory of Brooks

I still remember Being in my parents backyard with the McCarrolls...BBQ’ing...Brooks was already pretty sick at this point and we assumed Tracy was keeping him at home... my mom & Jan was getting Jan smiling and laughing better than I had seen in a long time.   Then after some drinks and old stories...out on the patio walked Tracy with Brooks in tow...the long mop of hair he had left tossed to the side and a big smile.  Within minutes Brooks was throwing water balloons even one to his grandpa with...(you don’t mess with Doc McCarroll)

I never want a parent to ever miss out on any memory like that.  So please donate if you can.
