On February 2, 2018 my wonderful wife Chantel was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer. She has begun chemotherapy which is just the first step in the long journey she is embarking on. A side effect of this is the loss of her beautiful hair. She is being proactive and cutting it off beforehand so as to be able to donate it to an organization that gives free wigs to children with cancer. Both of us have have attended St. Badrick's events as supporters because of how we feel about children having to deal with cancer.
Therefore, I am shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? As it says in my profile picture, ALL cancers suck, but childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures and support Chantel at the same time.
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
