I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Long School of Medicine Students

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! My alma mater (UT Medicine San Antonio) receives grants from the St. Baldricks foundation to help research pediatric cancer therapy.  I have participated in this heartwarming event over the past 4 years where cancer survivors, friends, family, physicians, and students all come together to raise awareness and take action to raise money for cancer research.

I'm in no shape to run a marathon, but if I can reach my goal of $350 I will completely shave my head and beard to support the St. Baldricks Foundation.

For my friends and family that are in the San Antonio area March 10th I highly recommend you come out to Alamo Beer Company to participate in the event. In the past, there have been silent auctions, raffle tickets, and most importantly BEER with profits going directly to the foundation.

Thanks everyone for your continued support through this event.
