I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Teddy’s Team

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Teddy’s Team

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!

The bravest and most cheerful person I have ever known is Teddy Berger-Greer. This spunky little guy was diagnosed with neuroblastoma when he was just 1 year old. He and his family fought valiantly against the disease for over 2 years. Teddy had to endure painful surgical procedures, toxic chemotherapy and undergo a complete bone marrow replacement. Currently there are no proven treatments for reoccurring neuroblastoma and research is desperately underfunded.

Our dear friend Teddy lost his battle against cancer on Dec, 13, 2012 and its left a gaping hole in our lives. To honor Teddy and to make a difference for the kids who are fighting now, I'm shaving my head on March 17 and asking you to make a donation to fund childhood cancer treatment research.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Please be generous and help us make a difference for these kids.! Hannah.
