I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Keeping a Cool Mind

Have you ever heard the phrase, "Poke the bear"?

For nearly 50 years, my mother has had commentary on every haircut I've had -- excepting, of course, the ones she gave me.  She especially gives me grief when it's too short.  So it only makes sense that I'd want to experience her reaction when it can't GET any shorter.  Putting the pedal to the metal, as it were.

But I didn't have either the courage or motivation to do this on my own.  Then I learned about St. Baldrick's, and discovered a practical way to CHANNEL my childish whims, and contribute to childhood cancer research!

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. Childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded.  This is a chance to make an actual impactful difference.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation?  Not only will you help my mother understand what The Rock would look like as a skinny out-of-shape software guy.  You'll also be making a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.  Any donation helps.  Thank you!
