I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Lancaster Pub Crawlers

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Lancaster Pub Crawlers

Well here we go again.

This will be my 8th consecutive year of free haircuts and hopefully another new record for money raised for childhood cancer.  Did you know that the first year that the Lancaster PA. Pubcrawlers were involved with St Baldricks only one person signed up as a shavee.  That person will go unnamed as they quickly got cold feet and asked if I would take his place.  My hair at the time was over 20” long and was basically why my now wife ever gave me a second look.  But I knew it was a great cause and got a lot of encouragement from my wife and the team so we went for it.  Now 8 years later (evading the beard trimmers each time successfully) I’m excited to do it again!  Maybe there will be a surprise guest on my lap this year if I can get the donations up high enough.  Who knows.....

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
