I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! In my own life journey the loss of friends and family to cancer has had a profound impact on my life. Seven years ago I lost my Father, 10 years ago I lost my wife to cancer. This event I'm doing is dedicated and in memory to my late wife, Janice C. Krakowski. Her fight and spirit were truly heroic and changed my life forever. I have never done anything like this since her passing, as the memory of the loss is still heart felt. This is a 3 fold event for me, first is to face the heartbreak and channel that vibration to a good purpose, and second to honor my late wife with a cause that she would embrace, and third is to help someone in this world avoid the diagnosis of cancer in their life.
Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
