I believe small things make BIG CHANGES. The little things we do in our everyday lives matter and literally become the meaningful difference. Join me and make this world brighter for those who face the darkest challenges.
Like you, I feel powerless hearing stories of children with cancer, especially relapsed cancer. These young souls have to face unthinkable choices and endure the painful challenges. What's more, childhood cancer is different from adult cancers, it is under researched, and underfunded.
That's why I'm participating in St. Baldrick's "Brave the Shave" event with the Genomics Institute's Treehouse Group on October 25. This partnership is the cutting edge of ending childhood cancer by identifying novel techniques for childhood cancers and finding where existing research for adults applies to children. Now, we need your help.
Every little bit gets us closer to the goal. If you contribute $50 or more, I'll let you cut a lock of my hair! I'll even wear it that way until October 25! These locks will be donated to Hair We Share for kids with hair loss for medical reasons.
