I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Romeo VFW

Hello everyone! I am nearly three years into doing the St. Baldrick's event in Romeo (four shaving for kids with cancer), and this year is an extra special one. As I am a part of an organization on my campus that focuses on doing donation events for families who have kids with cancer, I had the opportunity to meet the Grenzicki family whose four year old son has Burkitt's Lymphoma. So this year I will be shaving my head, not only in solidarity for children battling cancer across the world, but for Logan as he is one superhero cancer shouldn't be reckoning with. Please help me reach my goal so that parents across the globe can stop hearing those dreaded words "your child has cancer," and to show kids like Logan that we are doing this for them! #LoganStrong

We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
