EVERYDAY is a gift! What could you do to give the ultimate gift??
I never would have dreamt how Cancer would impact my family. We lost my sister, Julie, to cancer after her diagnosis at age 29. She was selfless, with superhero-strength humor. At age 34, my sister Jamie is currently undergoing treatment for cancer. She is ALWAYS thinking and doing for others beyond her husband and three beautiful children. I think of my parents, who should never experience this with their children. As a school professional, I have experienced the loss of students who are very dear and have taught me about what matters most. This is why we do…..
I am turning 40 this year! This is my ultimate “big birthday” wish…. I would love if others would join me in thanksgiving for health and opportunities to show gratitude for loved ones who touch our lives everyday. Passion should become action. We can provide an answer! Of cancer research, childhood cancer is extremely under acknowledged, representing less than 4% of funds employed. With your help, we can raise funds in effort to fulfill more birthday wishes! It is difficult for me to ask for help, but there is power in numbers! Will you make even a small donation?
