I never would have dreamt how Cancer would impact my family. We lost my sister, Julie, to cancer after her diagnosis at age 29. She was selfless, with superhero-strength humor. At age 34, my sister Jamie is currently undergoing treatment for cancer. She is ALWAYS thinking and doing for others beyond her husband and three beautiful children. I think of my parents, who should never experience this with their children. I am turning 40 this year! This is my ultimate “big birthday” wish….
