I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Brave Like Margo

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Brave Like Margo

Cancer sucks....plain and simple.  Almost everyone I know has been touched in one way or another by cancer.  It's impossible to assign levels of suckiness but kids with cancer has to take top billing in that category.  This hit way to close to home when my good friends, Owen and Gina, lost their sweet Margo to cancer at the WAY too young age of 4.

So I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research. I haven't cut my hair in several months and it is the longest it has been since I was singing along to Guns and Roses with Steve Johnston in the 80's.

Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it and shave my head.  It's only hair and it will grow back (probably with a lot more grey).

Now I need your help. Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
