I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

In 2010, my sister & I donated our hair to charity... now I'm taking it a step further by shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research!

Three reasons why St Baldrick's is special to me? There are currently 2 members of my extended family battling cancer, and it is a really tough journey... It's held on St. Patrick's Day, which was my late grandad Patrick Arnold's birthday... I am excited not only to shave my head, but also to donate my hair at the same time (Plus, my favorite color is green!).

So many of my friends & classmates have also struggled with cancer in their families. It is heartbreaking to think of children living with cancer.

I need your help! Will you make a donation? Approx. 90% of the funds raised in Bermuda is sent to St. Baldrick’s where 74% funds research to find a cure, 22% goes to fundraising, and 4% goes to administration. Around 10% remains to support the SunSmart programme at Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre.
