I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I'm shaving my head to raise money in memory of Jake Hill. Jake had a brain tumor and went through a year and half of chemo at about the age of 6. Jake's mother, Debbie remembers how very brave Jake was, and how he, "fought like a champ". Jake's smile and braveness lit up a room, and his loss was devastating. He was seven years old when his battle ended. Jake's brain tumor was inoperable, though he truly had the best neuro surgeon ever, at LIJ in Manhasset. The chemo and radiation were not enough to cure him. Jake left us as an angel on earth and became an angel in Heaven on January 20th, 2009.

Please consider donating in Jake's memory to help those children still battling and fighting each day to simply, live.
