I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Delta Sigma Pi

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! I have sponsored three people who have inspired me through their story. St. Baldrick's has consistantly supported childhood cancer research is the below info should tell you why they deserve your support!

St. Baldrick's Info- Program Expenses (Percent of the charity’s total expenses spent on the programs and services it delivers) 79.3% - This number is high considering how much money it takes to run events on college campuses. They bring people every year who have been effected by childhood cancer and received help from St. Badrick's. The event is not for college students its for the kids effected to come out and experience a great celebration! Administrative Expenses 2.9% - This is really low... Many charities have a massive percentage for admin. expenses. (For example wounded warrior project is 5.8% ) Fundraising Expenses 17.6% - This is entirely because of website, campus assistance to student organizations, outreach recruiting events, and social media. This does not mean massive wages to executives. So when you make the decision to support or not realize that this is the last year I will be sending you this email because I graduate this year! If possible help out financially or come out to the event. I've loved it and I know the kids effected by cancer consistently say these events are awesome.
