I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research
As most of you know I’ve been volunteering at Brenner Children’s Hospital in the pediatric oncology ward for a few years now. In support of the kids I’m participating in a fund raising event where I’ll have my head shaven as a way to further connect with the kids I see every week.
Kids' cancers are different from adult cancers and childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. Please consider sponsoring me in the St. Baldrick's event coming up on 9/24 and I promise to send you a picture of me as a baldy! Don't worry - my hair grows really fast.
