I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Going Postal for a Cure

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Going Postal for a Cure

I've always thought my hair held all my beauty and power, but seeing these amazing kids losing so much more than just their hair and staying so brave and strong has greatly inspired me.

Children all over the country and all over the world who are just starting out in their life journey are losing their lives from this horrible disease, and only 4% of federal funding is solely dedicated to childhood cancer research. Childhood cancer drugs aren't profitable to the drug companies, so while 60% of adult cancer drug development funding comes from the pharmaceutical companies, childhood cancers get virtually nothing.

Every kid who is saved through the help of St. Baldrick's has the chance to grow into amazing adults and the potential to change the world, so even if childhood cancers haven't affected the children in your life, every day it's snuffing out the amazing discoveries and accomplishments that these kids will make in the future. A donation today is not only a miracle to the children you're helping, it's an investment in the future of the entire world. Who knows, one of the amazing kids saved with your donation could go on to even cure cancer and save your life one day!
