I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: IMOP's for Zach!

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: IMOP's for Zach!

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! OK, so maybe it's not that big of a deal given my standard haircut. But it's a good way to recognize and support all the courageous kids out there fighting cancer--like 15 year-old Zach, son of my friend and fellow Ironman of Poker, Dan and his wonderful wife, Charlotte. Just this week Zach had a 10-hour surgery to start his battle. On March 12, during our annual IMOP trip to Vegas, several of us will participate in the St. Baldrick's fundraiser at Nine Fine Irishmen in the New York New York casino in honor of Zach.

Why donate? Three reasons:
A) Whoever donates the most on my page can pick the team I have to root for in this year's NCAA basketball tournament. From selection Sunday through the championship game, my Facebook picture will be me wearing your team's t-shirt. Or jinxing a rival team, if you prefer. My cooler powers are LEGENDARY!
2) Because it's fighting cancer ... with a tax deduction! F#%k cancer AND the IRS!
III) Because with a new house to pay for, I need this free haircut so I don't wind up with a man-bun. Please consider making a donation. Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. Thank you in advance for your generous support! Mike
