I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

First off, I want to thank everyone who donated to my first year fundraiser in 2015. Through your generosity, we raised almost $1,300, and the total event raised approximately $75,000. This money will help fund important children's cancer research. In many ways, children's cancers are different from adult cancers and childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded.
Now once again I am asking for your help during this year's fundraiser and hope you will please make a donation. Every dollar makes a difference and no donation is too big or small. A child has a 1 in 285 chance of being diagnosed with cancer and unfortunately, many of know a child who is affected. Please let's help reduce that statistic and help end childhood cancer.
I thank you in advance for your support and consideration.
Sincerely,
Joe Manning
