I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Camp Texas for the Cure

Just under a year ago, I had the chance to watch as many of my friends fundraised, spread the word, and then finally shaved their heads in hope that their donations and courage would bring us one step closer to finding a cure for childhood cancer. That day, as I watched inches and even feet of hair be shaved off in seconds, I made a pledge to be a part of Brave the Shave the following year. So here we are! On April 10, 2016 I will be participating in the Brave the Shave event here at UT. It is my turn to work towards saving the lives  of millions of children, and I would love any help I can get towards reaching my current goal of $100. Even if you don't want to commit to donating, I'm glad that I made one more person aware of St. Baldrick's Foundation and Brave the Shave!
