I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Espo

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Espo

Hello friends and family! It's that time of the year again when I grow my hair to look like a mop while I raise money, and shave it in support of kids' cancer research with St. Baldrick's. This is my 5th year, so my goal is $500, and there's more to it - click "Read More"

To throw some fun into the mix, I've come up with an interesting opportunity and challenge for all of you: the highest donor gets to choose a color, and every $100 toward my goal counts as a day. So, for example, if I reach $500, my hair will be dyed the color of choice for the 5 days leading up to shave day.  Don't forget, the event is on a Saturday, so each day will get you more time of me walking around work looking like a goof.

Why is this the chance of a lifetime, you ask? Because I've never dyed my hair with anything that lasts more than a few hours!

And even more special this year, I have two teammates - Michaela, who also participated 2 years ago, and Page for her first time! Both have been letting the hair grow and are raising money themselves before they donate 8 inches for the cause!

A big thanks to all for your continued support toward my efforts in this annual event. Here's to year number 5!!
