It's come that time again ladies and gents. That time of year, that really, really cold time of year where you would do what a normal person would do....SHAVE YOUR HEAD.

That's right, St. Baldricks is back in town on March 22nd @ the PNC Arena, and this year I have my own team, in which I want YOU to be a part of. I am calling it "Keep Pounding Squad" and you can find more information about donating to this great cause AND how to become part of my time. So grow those hairs, beards, mustaches....Ladies I don't believe they shave legs, but go ahead and grow those too because it's ALL for the cure to Childhood cancer. Thanks and God Bless.
