Hello Friends and Family!
I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. This became somewhat of a personal battle when a close friend of mine seven month old niece named Ari was recently diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a very rare childhood cancer that requires chemotherapy and eventually surgery. Her family is still trying to figure out why her and how something so terrible could happen to such a sweet, innocent baby. She has begun her chemo treatments but has a very long battle ahead of her. I cannot imagine how this feels as a parent myself but I can help for the thousands of children that receive this awful news every three minutes worldwide.
Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers. I truly appreciate any support you can give as well as helping me spread my message to your friends I may not know. Thank you all in advance, feel free to stop down to Mickey Finn's in Victor on April 17th to see me lose the little hair that I have left!
