I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Many have tried, none have succeeded...until NOW! I will be shaved bald on March 26 to raise money for childhood cancer research. As I have watched Brittany Albert and her family struggle through the agony of their daughter "M" going through surgery and treatment for brain cancer, I have felt helpless in the daily struggle they face. As I have prayed for them, I have been seeking a way to provide financially and pragmatically. This is a small way I have discovered to provide tangible help. I have checked out St Baldricks and they are a solid and reliable organization that are doing what they advertise. If you have the means, please consider donating and be prepared to laugh at me with a bald head (Karen is a bit terrified by the mental image). Thank you.

(stock info)I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
