I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Toupée or not Toupée

Hi Everyone!

I've decided to do something I never thought imaginable. I am not just cutting my hair, I will have it completely shaved off! I have never had it cut short. I am terrified, but I know that some very special children will benefit from this.  I am honoring Sadie Murata. She is one of my first heroes that I am proud to know and honor. Her strength and courage make me wish I could do more than this to help her and others in their battle against cancer.

I was also inspired by cousin Christine. She is a nurse that works very hard everyday with children that are fighting this debilitating disease. I am also inspired by my aunt and uncles who died from cancer and my father, a cancer survivor. I also hold in my heart, friends I grew up with and children I have worked with that have had this terrible disease. I pray for them everyday that they will conquer their fears and their cancer. Hopefully, this organization and our efforts fundraising will bring us closer to finding a cure. God Bless!

--------------------------------------------

I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
