I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research

Think of the joy when a child is born and all the hopes and dreams you have for them. I look at pictures of Emily, and think of all the things she could have been. I see her friends and think she would love this or be like that, and I miss her every day. Losing a child takes a piece of you that can't be replaced. Emily left a legacy, made a mark on this earth and on our hearts. She taught me to appreciate life, every moment with those you love and do whatever you can to help others. So I'm raising money for childhood cancer research! Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures. I don't want others families to go through the pain we all went through. While I am extremely proud of the kindness in my sons' hearts, it hurts to see the unspoken pain when they think of their sister. I want to raise them to keep her memory alive in ways that continue her legacy to help others.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.
