I shaved to raise money for childhood cancer research with: Team Cowboy DaNNY

On July 17, 2009 our family was changed forever.  That was the day that our oldest son DaNNY was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia FLT3-ITD mutation gene.  To hear the words "Your child has CANCER", is something I never dreamed would happen to us, but it did.  Our son DaNNY was 5 years old when he was diagnosed.  He turned 6, one month later in the hospital.  He passed away on June 30, 2010 at the age of 6 years, 10 months, 2 days.  I'm shaving my head to raise money for childhood cancer research.  Did you know that only 4% of funding goes to Childhood Cancer?  DaNNY's life, his fight is worth more then 4%!   Did you know that kids' cancers are different from adult cancers? It's true. And childhood cancer research is extremely underfunded. So I decided to do something about it by raising money for cures.

Now I need your help! Will you make a donation? Every dollar makes a difference for the thousands of infants, children, teens, and young adults fighting childhood cancers.  I want to make sure that no one else has to lose their child to cancer.  I want to carry on my son's dream, that one day there is a cure for childhood cancer.  Please support me.  My goal is $1,000.00  Please donate in memory of my son DaNNY, please help me reach my goal, help me surpass my goal!!!
